Her state and national titles include Miss Texas Junior Teen 2004 (National American Miss), Miss Texas Teen 2005, and Miss American Teen 2006 (National American Coed). With a background in teaching and school administration, Natalie has dedicated her life to coaching students in public speaking and growing teachers. Using her training from Results Coaching Global: Coaching for High Performance and Emerging Leaders, Natalie focuses on both the public speaking skills and winning mindset necessary to achieve maximum results.
She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Baylor University in Theatre Performance & Arts Marketing. Subsequently, she graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a Master in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies with a Dual Language Emphasis. Natalie is currently a successful Realtor with Keller Williams Realty focusing on single-family homes in the DFW metroplex.

Jordan Williams graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and earned a Master in Educational Leadership & Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Before becoming a school administrator, Jordan excelled as a nationally recognized Speech & Debate coach and teacher. His students’ accomplishments include multiple State and National Champions in the National Speech & Debate Association, National Individual Events Tournament of Champions, Texas Forensic Association, and University Interscholastic League.
In addition to having served on the board of the Texas Forensic Association, his team was named the 2011 Top Speech Team in the Country. Jordan has been fortunate to have the opportunity to coach hundreds of students and teachers over the past 15 years to improve their performance.
Jordan now uses his public speaking experience and training from Results Coaching Global: Coaching for High Performance and Emerging Leaders to challenge his teaching staff to reflect on their strengths and areas of growth in order to be their best selves and enrich the lives of their students.
How It Began

When Jordan learned about the emphasis pageants place on public speaking, interviewing, and knowledge of current events, he immediately began helping Natalie prepare for her final year of competition with the Miss Texas Organization. After marrying, they served together on the Miss Fort Worth Organization Board to help prepare the titleholders for their interview and onstage question portions of the competition. That year, MFWSO’s Ivana Hall claimed the Miss Texas crown.
Three years later, long-time Crown Connections client Caroline Carothers was named Miss Texas. They then began serving as Miss Texas sponsors and helped prepare Caroline for the Miss America pageant, where she placed in the Top 7. They are honored to continue their roles as interview and OSQ sponsors for the Miss Texas Scholarship Organization.
A genuine love of and experience in teaching and coaching are what set Jordan and Natalie’s preparation apart from others. They have dedicated their entire careers to the development of school-aged children and find true joy in seeing the young ladies they work with grow mentally and emotionally into strong, capable young women. Their vision is not only to help you or your daughter prepare for a pageant competition, but also to learn how to take the skills and training they provide and apply it to future careers and ambitions.
In addition to their combined interests of education, Jordan and Natalie love to eat new foods, travel the world together, and spend time with their daughter (and future Miss America).
